By accessing and using Morphex.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

Morphex.ai provides access to AI-powered agents that perform various tasks including content creation, lead generation, customer support, and more. These agents utilize third-party AI services (including OpenAI's GPT models) to generate outputs based on user inputs.

Important: AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before use.

3. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the AI agents for lawful business or personal purposes. This is a license, not a transfer of ownership.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription Plans: Access to AI agents requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected during purchase.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account settings.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days notice. Changes apply to renewals after the notice period.

6. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewals.

Refund Process: To request a refund, contact support@morphex.ai with your account details. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

7. AI Content and Ownership

Your Content: You retain all rights to the inputs you provide to our AI agents.

AI-Generated Output: Subject to these Terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the output generated by AI agents in response to your inputs. However, output may not be unique and similar content may be generated for other users.

No Warranty: AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI outputs.

Attribution: While not required, we encourage appropriate disclosure when using AI-generated content, especially in contexts where such disclosure may be expected or required.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• To generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• To infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To generate spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited messages
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• To reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• To use the service in violation of OpenAI's Usage Policies
• To generate content for illegal activities including fraud, hacking, or harassment

Enforcement: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibited uses.

9. Third-Party Services

Our service utilizes third-party AI providers (including OpenAI) and payment processors (Stripe). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORPHEX.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any AI-generated content or outputs
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on the service

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Data and Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

14. Changes to Terms
